Shipping policy

Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the User, according to the methods indicated in the order summary.

Upon delivery, the User must check the integrity of the package and promptly report any anomalies to the contact details indicated in this document or as described in the delivery note. The User may refuse the package if it is visibly damaged.

Delivery is available only to the countries or territories specified in the relevant section of this Website.

Delivery times and costs

  • Italy: €15 (1-3 business days)

  • EU countries: €20 (3-6 business days)

  • Other countries (if available): costs and times indicated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

The delivery times indicated on the Website are purely indicative. SkinHabit undertakes to deliver the Products within 30 (thirty) days from the date the Contract is concluded, unless otherwise communicated. SkinHabit cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure, strikes, exceptional events, or third-party causes.

Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer only when the Customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

Failed delivery
The Owner is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the User, nor for damages or delays occurring after delivery to a courier chosen by the User and not approved by the Owner.

If the Products are not delivered or collected within the agreed time, they will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to arrange a new delivery attempt or agree on alternative measures. Unless otherwise specified, each delivery attempt after the first will be at the User’s expense.

Delivery method
Unless otherwise communicated, delivery is made at street level. The presence of the Customer or their authorized representative is required at the indicated address to accept the package.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason, except in the cases of exclusion provided by law (for example, for hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or tampered with).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform SkinHabit within the indicated period, following the instructions in the Website’s Return Policy.
