Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the Product.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer, takes possession of the Product.

In the case of an order including multiple Products delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the last Product is received.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an explicit declaration to one of the following addresses:

The communication may be sent by registered letter or email. The deadline is met if the notification is sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, all payments received will be refunded, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option).
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Returning products
Products must be returned to:

within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
To be eligible for a full refund, the Product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and unused.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.
